It was actually beautiful when I left school
this evening, a luxurious dark blue slinking
over the snow filled meadows. I came home
and worked on this painting of my studio.
I am not quite finished I don't think. This is
loosely based on a photo of me working on a
big 6 foot by 4 foot painting. The canvas actually
disappears behind the opening between the rooms.
But school is very early tomorrow morning, so
I have to stop now.
Have a working-on-making-it-all-happen day.

What a treat to see a painting of you painting in your painting studio. I'm especially enjoying the cerulean blue marks throughout. The one across the top is just luscious.
Can hardly wait to see snow paintings too!
Have a great week!
Hi Melinda,
This was when I painted a big one like the one you're working on. Must do one of those again soon. I love what you're doing. I need to work on this one a bit more I think.
You have a great week too. I don't know when I'll do the snow. Aieee.

Thank you Marcia,
I am not finished it I don't think. Maybe a touch up or two tonight.
The colour does make me happy, and it's not far off the real colour.

I love it, Barbara! Playful and full of your wonderful color!
Hi Linny,
Thank you so much. It is playful, and when you stand before that huge canvas and start moving a giant brush around the sound is like a drum. Very fun. Thanks for your sweet comment. I love your work.
Take care,
Barbara
