Here's a shot of what I'm working on. I started with a black groundto give the white a pop, and like it right now, but will continue
to work on it. Polish is the word that comes to mind.

Oh Barbara, I love everything about this post. The painting drew me in (fab!) but I just love what continued. There are so many things to delight in in this crazy world!
Hi Kim,
That so true. I could make a long list. But why not stick with the shorter one for now and add to it. Love your abstracts. Wow girl you are flying.

Thank you, Barbara, for sharing your NY trip with us. I absolutely love all of the photos.

I'm in awe of your salads...!
The 'Things to love' painting - composition and colour choices superb Barbara.
Hi Melinda,
Thanks so much. Glad you like the salad. Almost finished the painting,
and another little one. Don't ask me why but I'd love to do big salads. Guess I love eating them. Your latest painting is awe inspiring.

Hi Sheila,
Thanks so much. I'm so glad you like it, that makes me feel wonderful. Fighting an ear infection -- so that's somewhat miraculous -- feeling wonderful that is.

Dear Missuz Wonderful, Your capacity to reach out and touch, and send an uplifting hug, or an encouraging word, or a fellow-artist-in-blogland wink & nod of recognition never ceases to amaze and delight me. You are one of a kind. And Fiona is so beautiful, I had to just stop and look - twice. What a lovely face. Gentle pets on her sweet head behind the ears from me. Purring. :)
Hi Belinda,
Thanks so much. Fiona is a sweetie, my friend and champion. I am glad you got all that from her photo.
I have been so loving your recent work. And I am beyond delighted that you are better. Being sick is very hard on an artist. But you've emerged like a Phoenix out of the flames. Glorious.
