Steven and I have two "monthaversaries" per month in addition
to two anniversaries a year. Each month we celebrate both our
first date, and our wedding day, sometimes just by saying, "Happy
Monthaversary!", and sometimes with something more -- champagne,
and a date. Tonight we went to The Artist Project to see the work of
several friends. It was amazing.
We will never forget our first date -- today's Monthaversary.
We went dancing that night, and at the end of the evening Steven
walked me home. Something certainly clicked, because we've
been together ever since.

One of the places we love to visit for any excuse is a fantastic park
on the west end of the city. We are entranced with it, and always
love every minute there. Here's a painting I did of a sunset
at the park.
Have a loving each other day!

Such a sweet story Barbara and painting. Life is full of special times we don't always think to celebrate. We should celebrate and share life's special moments. Sounds like a fun get together.
Thank you Judi. You seem to be very good at celebrating! In a life so rich with pleasure, we've got to acknowledge that we're blessed. Not true for so many people. We are beyond lucky!
XOXOXOXO Barbara
Wow. That’s amazing. Although my hubby and I are very happy together and still in love after 33 years we hardly ever celebrate anything and actually even (both) forgot our anniversary a few months ago! That was a first though and when we noticed it the next day we were indeed a little surprised....😲😊. I love your painting!
Hi Liza,
Thank you so much. Today is the monthaversary of our wedding day. I guess we are hopeless romantics. You and your hubby are lovely together. I'm sure you treat every day as special, and then you don't need occasions.
I hope you are well, and will be painting again soon. I love both your work and your posts, (and you).
XOXOXOXOXO Barbara
