As Steven struggles to connect our internet, I am writing this on my phone. Far from ideal, We have driven 2000 kilometres, a thousand miles,
to end up in a non-air conditioned space, that is the hottest I’ve been all summer. And? And the views the whole way were spectacular.

We arrived to find that our dear friends had cleaned the place, left us flowers, raccoon proofed it so we didn’t arrive to the pungent smell of them sharing our space, So all is well. I did this fast sketch of the bouquet on our table,
