When I taught Positive Psychology, or School Success,
I learned a valuable lesson from my boss, who wrote our
textbook. Make a list of six things to do every day.
I haven't done that for the last couple of weeks because
I was on vacation -- but the practice is super helpful.
I frequently write 10 or 13 things, but the idea is that
you can probably get 6 things done, and cross them off
your list. And that makes you feel fantastic.
I did not get a new painting done today, but I did start one.
The double gesso process takes some time, and I also
worked on painting in this simple drawing to see the colours
pop.
More progress tomorrow.
Have a loving your life day.
