It's spring break in Canada, and it was really cold yesterday.
So only four of us showed up for our art group's Tuesday night
portrait session. Dale the model, was good and funny in the break.
I liked his shirt, but as his hair was grey, and the shirt was
predominantly grey, I thought I'd paint it in red. I ended up
working on the grey, and the red underpaint did give it more
oomph. So this is the product of about 25 - 30 minutes of
painting.
I found it hard to drag myself out into the cold to attend
the session. But my kind husband drove me, and picked me
up, so I went. And it is always a good idea. The people are
wonderful, and I felt recharged.
Have a loving your life day.
