The garden welcomes us

Hi everyone,We are back in Toronto, and had today to settle in
before the work begins. Our garden is amazing, and I’m so grateful
to Christy for taking such good care of it. The fall blooming anemones
are soooo beautiful. I picked some, brought them in, and did this
drawing. Such a treat.

Your sketch is beautiful!! I do love the autumn flowers,and the autumn weather, and the light, and the way the air quickens. I just love autumn! And I love your work!

Thank you so much Verna. I love autumn too, but I'd like it to stay
summery, but cool for another month, because my garden is at its peak --
and a delight. Love your work to the max.
