I know I've shown this to you before. In fact I finished it in January
2019. Remember that year? Back before COVID, and weird

The other night my son helped get the Christmas tree
out of my studio. I mean every studio needs a festive element,
but it was time to go, and behind the tree was this painting -- asking
to be seen again. The promise of summer, which gets closer
funnily enough as we head into what should be deep winter,
although we have no snow.

It has been a very hard month, and I'm grateful to everyone who
helped me get through it. Of course that means you.
